Because each item is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalized products.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to replace your item or issue a refund upon request.

Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
Shipping Rates: Standard shipping rates apply and are calculated based on order size and destination.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $140 (before tax).
Delivery Times: Orders are shipped via Canada Post Standard Shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to postal delays, weather, or seasonal volume.
Market Pick Up: Market pick-up options are intended for orders purchased during markets and events. Orders placed outside these events may be cancelled and fully refunded, or subject to being picked up at our next market in the selected area. At this time, we do not offer other in-person locations outside events.

Uploaded images are deleted from our system within 14 days of order completion.
