Because each item is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalized products.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to replace your item or issue a refund upon request.

Standard shipping rates apply and are calculated based on order size and destination.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post Standard Shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to postal delays, weather, or seasonal volume.
Market pick-up options are available for orders purchased during markets and events. Orders placed outside these events may be cancelled and fully refunded, or subject to being picked up at our next market in the selected area. At this time, we do not offer other in-person locations outside events.
A Note on Sizing
Please make sure your photos have a little extra space—about 1/4" to 1/2" of bleed—around the main subject. This gives us room for the wrap and helps your magnets look their best.
When needed, we’ll use our design expertise to crop for the best results. If an image is too narrow, we’ll fit it in full, which may leave a blank edge showing around the paper.
